Formerly, our analysis group created an anaerobic enrichment culture that decreases NTO to ATO. A second culture could aerobically mineralize ATO. This research aimed to mix anaerobic/aerobic conditions within a down-flow perlite/soil column for multiple NTO reduction and ATO oxidation.
